This page describes how the The Openers (HFW) waiting list handles your data.
Scope
This site is currently a pre-launch page. The only processing carried out is the waiting-list signup. No account, booking or payment is offered.

Data collected
Your email address, entered in the signup form. No other personal data is requested. If you accept analytics cookies, a pseudonymous technical identifier is attached to the signup.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is used solely to tell you about the launch and news about the project. The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form.
Retention
Your address is kept until the service launches or until you ask for its deletion, and at the latest three years after your signup if no launch has occurred.
Recipients and processors
Your data is never sold or transferred. It is processed by the technical providers required to run the site: Vercel Inc. for hosting, a PostgreSQL database service for storage, and PostHog for analytics, only if you consented to it.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as to withdraw your consent at any time. Write to contact@the-openers.com: your request will be handled within one month.
Complaints
You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French supervisory authority: www.cnil.fr.
Changes
This policy will be replaced by a full version when the service opens, once accounts, bookings and payments are offered.
